Girl dies after found with old lady

A three-year-old girl died and an elderly woman was being treated at a hospital after the two were found unconscious in a downtown motel yesterday.
The two were believed to be the grandmother and granddaughter who went missing on Sunday in Changning District. They were found in the motel on Changning's Anhua Road.
People close to the case claimed the two took poison.
A local woman, 65-year-old Sun Huizhen, left home with a three-year-old girl on Sunday but did not come back, police said earlier on their official microblog. The notice said "the woman has suicidal tendency and the girl has a cerebral palsy." The missing lived on Changning's Xuanhua Road, not far from the motel where the two were found yesterday.
