Golden treasure hunt at Czech Pavilion

THE Czech Republic is offering 50,000 yuan (US$7,310) to whoever guesses the correct weight of golden artifacts on display at the World Expo's Czhech Pavilion.

The contest is part of an exhibition that opened today to promote the pavilion at 300 Huaihai Road M. which runs until March 22.

The exhibition displays a pavilion model and illustrates the idea behind the design with pictures and videos.

More details of the pavilion were released at today's opening ceremony by Pavel Antonin Stehlik, commissioner general of Czech Pavilion.

Stehlik said every 500th visitor would be invited to sit on a chair with several sensors to detect the occupant's current emotions.

With the collected data, a bottle of perfume carrying his or her feelings will be made by a unique machine, and the perfume will be presented to the visitor.
