Government asks for safety views

SHANGHAI'S government is asking the public for safety suggestions, as the city continues to learn harsh lessons from the inferno in a downtown high-rise last November that killed 58 people.
Locals can offer advice on firefighting, construction, work safety and traffic at government websites www.shanghai.gov.cn, www.xinmin.cn and www.eastday.com.
