Grandson held in death of 93-year-old woman

A 93-year-old woman died at home in Shiguang community, Yangpu District on Wednesday and her 24-year-old grandson is the main suspect, the Shanghai TV reported today.
The two had a quarrel over trivia issues and had some physical confrontation. The young man called 120 for ambulance after finding his grandma lost consciousness. The old woman died before the medics came.
Family members said the suspect was introverted and was sent to a mental hospital once to treat his illness.
Police have detained the grandson for investigation.
