A MAN who allegedly advertised non-existent replica guns online has been charged with fraud, the Nanhui District Prosecutors' Office said yesterday.
The man, surnamed Hu, had a Website and sent e-mail advertisements to random people. A local resident surnamed Teng ordered two guns for 6,000 yuan (US$878), but called the police when nothing was received.
