A SECTION of the city's suburban ring highway being built in Hutai Road, Baoshan District collapsed this morning, killing one worker and hitting several vehicles driving beneath it.
Baoshan police have closed the road in both directions at the Hutai Road section of the G1501 Expressway after the accident happened at 7am, reported Xinmin.cn.
An investigation is underway.
