Highway collision kills 2, injures 3

TWO road maintenance workers were killed and three others injured early this morning when a tractor-trailer collided with a road maintenance truck in suburban Jiading District, Shanghai television news reported.
The crash happened around 6:15am on the Hujia Expressway, linking downtown Shanghai and suburban Jiading District.
Two of the three injured were seriously hurt.
The tractor-trailer was transporting 32 tons of steel pipes, the report said.
