Host families await specifics

MORE than 230 families in the city and 100 in the countryside will soon be receiving World Expo visitors, but it won't be until next week that Shanghai tourism authorities will list the families that are participating and announce how guests will reserve the rooms.
Some of the families will provide accommodations and others will help visitors understand community culture in China, tourism officials said.
The Shanghai Tourism Administration and Shanghai Women's Federation have designed routes for "lane trips" and "village trips," according to the officials.
