Hot water delivery truck explodes, killing 1 worker in Baosteel plant

ONE worker died and another was critically injured this morning when a hot water supply truck exploded near a canteen in the city's Baosteel Complex.
The accident happened at about 10:20am and the blast shattered many glass windows in the area.
The two workers suffered scalding over 60 percent of their body surface. One died despite rescue efforts.
They are employees of a green energy company that utilizes waste heat in steel making and supplies steaming water for customers like canteens.
