POLICE have detained more than 800 suspects involved in gambling or prostitution after a three-day crackdown.
The Shanghai Public Security Bureau said yesterday that 991 gambling machines were confiscated, along with cash of 153,710 yuan (US$22,488) and 52 banned knives, after a series of raids.
