Hunt for Sino-Korean lovebirds
IF you are a Chinese and your darling is from South Korea, or vice versa, congratulations - you could win a lucky draw to have a traditional South Korean wedding ceremony at the Republic of Korea Business Pavilion and travel to Jeju Island for a free honeymoon.
On August 16, Qixi Festival or Chinese Valentine's Day, organizers will hold a wedding ceremony in traditional South Korean style for three couples selected from the applicants.
Couples who have not yet held a wedding ceremony can apply to take part. There's only one condition 鈥 one partner must be Chinese and the other South Korean.
Those interested can register at expo2010@kita.net or call 3330-0561.
Relatives and friends of the couple will also be invited to the pavilion to witness this important moment.
After the ceremony, the three couples will be given a free three-day honeymoon to Jeju Island, the organizers said.
