AN Anhui Province farmer was arrested yesterday on charges he illegally produced and sold more than 20 tons of salt. Minhang District prosecutors charged Liu Yesheng with operating an illegal business.
Liu allegedly supplied industrial salt to eateries at the city's two airports.
