THE annual parade in Shanghai to celebrate St Patrick's Day on March 17 has been canceled, the Consulate General of Ireland Shanghai confirmed yesterday.
Gao Shanshan, a secretary with the consulate, said it had been planned to hold a larger parade along Nanjing Road E. this year, but due to safety concerns the parade will not take place.
