A MIGRANT worker has been jailed for 12 years by Baoshan District People's Court for raping a three-year-old girl.
Dai Wenguang, a Jiangxi Province native, shared a rented apartment in the district. Between August 2009 to October 2009, he enticed his flatmate's daughter into his room and raped her four times. Dai even recorded the rape on his cell phone and posted the video on the Internet.
