FU Weigang, a researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Finance and Law, urged people to continue to forward his microblog post to help the family of the woman stabbed to death by Yao Jiaxin.
He is paying 1 yuan every time it is forwarded but has set an upper limit of 540,000 yuan (US$82,710). It has been resent more than 360,000 times.
