LONG lines of patients formed at Shanghai East Hospital in the Pudong New Area after a computer system broke down around 8am yesterday. The system was repaired in less than an hour, but some patients said they had to wait as long as two hours to see a doctor. The hospital's system was overwhelmed, in part, by residents using health benefits before April 1.
