Local court adopts new way to enhance service

THE Shanghai No.2 Intermediate People' Court signed agreements with Shanghai Notary Association and the Oriental Notary Public Office on Thursday to enhance cooperation in handling legal disputes and reduce litigation costs for the public.
According to the agreement, they will explore multiple notary services in various legal processes, such as delivery of lawsuits documents, evidence maintaining, resident relocation and dispute mediation.
The court and the notary association will also share information and jointly organize professional trainings for their staff.
