'Lost keys' man held by police

A MAN has been detained by police in Minhang District for allegedly stealing a total of 30 motorcycles, mopeds and electric bicycles since October.
Suspect Li Fang, 27, pretended to be the owner of each bike and said he had lost his keys, police said. They said Li would call a transport company to take the bikes to his home.
