Luwan lays out trade zone plans
LUWAN District governor Weng Zuliang yesterday revealed a plan to develop the district into a central trade zone by 2020.
The government said it will create a shopping paradise featuring headquarters and flagship stores of international brands. Shanghai Commission of Commerce signed an agreement with the government yesterday, promising favorable policies to boost trade development in the district.
