A MAN was sentenced to two years in prison yesterday for organizing male prostitution. The Hunan Province native, surnamed Kang, 29, set up a website last July and recruited male prostitutes on the Internet, the Putuo District People's Court heard. Nine of his "massage technicians" - the name Kang gave his male prostitutes - were administratively detained and fined. The prostitutes charged between 300 yuan (US$46) and 500 yuan. Kang was detained last October.
