A MAN was yesterday charged with pouring boiled oil on a woman during a robbery, Minhang District prosecutors said.
On June 16, Liu Yuanyan boiled some edible oil and went to a nearby warehouse, prosecutors said. He threatened a woman surnamed Xiang with the oil. When she opened the safe and Liu saw only 3,000 yuan, he poured the oil on her.
