Man faces jail for Expo assault
A MAN is facing up to six months in jail on a charge of endangering public affairs after he allegedly beat security guards and a police officer who stopped him from entering the Spain Pavilion.
Cui Jingjing, 54, went to the World Expo with his friend surnamed Zhou on June 2. Cui was drunk and lost his temper when he was told by staff at the Spain Pavilion that it was closed at 9:20pm. He allegedly beat guards and a police officer surnamed Bao.
