Man found dead in power room

A MAN was found dead in a power switch room in a residential building in Hongkou District.
It is believed that he was killed. Police declined to comment as they are still investigating.
The body was discovered at noon by a cleaner on the fifth floor of the building on Liangcheng Road. Blood was seen coming from the room which was supposed to be locked.
Police cordoned off the building, stopping residents entering at first, people living in the same community said.
The dead man was said to be an apartment owner there.
