A RUBBISH collector was found dead on the track at Jinjiang Park Station on Metro Line 1 this morning.
Police are still investigating.
The body was found at 6:12am by a subway driver driving from Shanghai South Railway Station to Jinjiang Park Station, according to a stationmaster surnamed Yu at Jinjiang Park Station.
The body was lying on the opposite track, Yu said.
Morning trains were not affected, the Metro operator said.
