Man surrenders after 2 killed

A 42-YEAR-OLD man who stabbed his twin brother and seven-year-old nephew to death in Hongkou District has surrendered, police said yesterday.
A man in his 40s and a boy were found dead in an old residential building on Saturday. Both had several stab wounds, police said. The man’s twin brother, surnamed Lei, walked outside the room and told neighbors he killed them with a kitchen knife, according to officers. The neighbors then called police. Lei turned himself in at a nearby police station. The suspect was said to have mental illness and police said they are still investigating the case.
