Military TV series to mark 90th anniversary of the PLA

"TOP Secret," a touching series about the life of air force soldiers in China will start its airing on Dragon TV on July 26.
The series set to the backdrop of the late 1950s revolves around the efforts of People's Liberation Army of China to shoot down spy planes in order to protect the country and people.
Starring Lin Yongjian and Yan Ni, the series is a tribute to the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army this year. Unknown stories and historical records about the army will be revealed in the series.
It took the writers around 10 years to interview the insiders and write the script. Stunning visual effects and spectacular scenes are featured in the series.
