Moped rider killed by car on Longwu Road

A middle-aged woman died this morning after she was hit by a car on Longwu Road.
The accident happened about 7:30am when the car first crashed with a bus, then hit the woman riding a moped. It did not stop until it crashed into a hardware store, a witness said.
The woman, about 40 years old, was pronounced dead after emergency staff arrived. She was a cleaner, said the woman's colleague.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
