THE Shanghai government said yesterday that it is to offer 7,200 car plates for auction this month, the highest since last June and 700 more than in April.
The auction will be held next Saturday, May 16, and bidders can register from May 9 to 15 at five offices in the city, including 108 Fuzhou Road.
