A "music funeral" was held in the city over the weekend. The Binhaiguyuan Cemetery in Fengxian District said it hoped to attract families through special-event funerals that are different from traditional ones.
Seventeen families tried the "music funeral," listening to a chorus that offered musical blessings for the dead to rest in peace.
