TOTAL sales of World Expo 2010 licensed souvenirs have reached 30.96 billion yuan (US$4.68 billion), far exceeding the Expo organizer's 20 billion yuan expectation, Shanghai Vice Mayor Yang Xiong said yesterday.
There are 17,910 categories of licensed products, including toys, stamps and clothes. The products will continue to be sold at licensed stores around the country, despite the event ending on October 30.
