A TOTAL of 75,219 applicants for civil servant positions this year passed their preliminary qualification assessment - 68 percent of all those who applied.
The recruitment authorities said more than half of the applicants are fresh college graduates, with 23,483 people holding masters degrees. The written test will be held on March 27.
