CITY police said yesterday that they had caught a man wanted in another province. The suspect, surnamed Zang, a village-level bureaucrat from eastern China's Shandong Province, disappeared after a land contract fraud involving more than 110,000 yuan (US$16,200) between 2004 and 2007. Zang, 42, was seized in a local inn on Thursday after the police were tipped off.
