Oil gang jailed

A GANG of seven who stole about 1,900 liters of diesel oil and sold it to others was jailed for seven months, the Jinshan District People's Procuratorate said yesterday. The oil was worth about 14,800 yuan (US$2,411). A driver reported to police last July that the diesel in his truck was stolen in Jinshan District. The suspected were arrested in November.
