Parents of boy sought by police

POLICE are looking for the parents of a toddler left on his own in a stroller on Xiangde Road last Friday.
The boy, about 80 centimeters tall, was found in a flower bed on 450 Xiangde Road in Hongkou District, with a bag of clothes, a pot of milk powder and a feeding bottle in the stroller.
Police said the boy was likely abandoned, as they waited half an hour at the flower bed but no one came to look for him. The boy is receiving care and treatment at the Shanghai TCM-Integrated Hospital, police said.
