Parks renovated

The fountain and plane tree boulevard at Xiangyang Park in Xuhui District are being renovated and the work will be completed in September, the city鈥檚 greenery bureau said yesterday. The program of works will also included the demolition of some old buildings and the installation of a new lighting system. A similar program of upgrades and renovation has been initiated at Hengshan Park. That project is expected to finish sometime in July.
