A newly developed Guzmania species will decorate the China Pavilion during the 2010 World Expo, organizers said yesterday. The flower, bred at the Shanghai Flower Port by local and Belgium experts, is the same red as the China Pavilion.
Red and pink lotus and anthurium andraeanum will also blossom at the pavilion, which will have around 100,000 pots of flowers.
