Photos depict urban, environmental projects of Shanghai
SHANGHAI Library opened a photo exhibition today to showcase the city's urban development and environmental protection achievement made in recent years.
The photos, mostly taken by journalists, will be displayed in the western wing of the library building till next Tuesday. They speak volumes about the city's efforts to build the Qingcaosha Reservoir on Chongming Island and to restore the ecological system of Suzhou Creek.
The exhibition is free to the public.
