AN accountant in the catering industry yesterday won a five-day tour for two people to Jakarta and Bali, Indonesia, after becoming the 4 millionth visitor to the Indonesia Pavilion.
Ji Ping said it was her second visit to the pavilion as she was deeply attracted by its beauty and eco-friendly ideas. Her gifts included flight tickets sponsored by Garuda Airlines and a stay in the five-star Hotel Borobudur and Kartika Plaza sponsored by Artha Graha.
Separately, a visitor from Chengdu, Sichuan Province, won two round-trip flight tickets to the Republic of Korea yesterday afternoon as the 3 millionth visitor to the ROK Pavilion.
Seven-year-old He Yuhan visited the Expo site with her mother. She was fascinated by the high-tech exhibits at the pavilion. Her mother said He likes watching Korean TV shows, thus she insisted on visiting the pavilion even if they had to wait for hours before entering.
