TEN suspects in Shanghai and Guangdong Province were detained for manufacturing and trafficking methamphetamine, or "ice."
Police said yesterday a suspect surnamed Zhang opened an "ice" manufacturing factory in Shanwei City, Guangdong Province. On February 19, Shanghai police and their Guangdong counterparts caught 10 suspects including Zhang. They seized 7.9 kilograms of "ice" and more than 2,000 "ice" tablets.
