ZHU Yinghua, a policewoman in charge of security at the Expo Village, was a recipient of the city's "Woman Pacesetter" award yesterday.
Zhu, 38, was one of 11 women honored to celebrate the International Women's Day. Due to the efforts of Zhu and her team, no security incidents or traffic accidents took place during the six-month Expo in the village where more than 10,000 expatriates from 140 countries gathered.
