QINGPU District People's Prosecutor's Office has charged a 24-year-old man over the rape of a 70-year-old woman and the theft of 135 yuan (US$19.77) from her.
It is alleged the suspect also raped a woman in front of her son 20 days before he raped the 70-year-old.
