Renovation work at Hongqiao airport causes few problems for passengers

A renovation project at Hongqiao International Airport caused few passengers problems in finding Spring Airline’s check-in counters.
Hundreds of signs were placed around Terminal 1 in order to help arriving passengers find the airline’s check-in counters. Around 30 volunteers were also deployed to help passengers during peak hours.
"I received a text message from the airline and the directions here are very clear. Some volunteers even helped carry my luggage. I think it's very thoughtful," one passenger told Shanghai Daily.
The renovation project only affects the airline’s domestic flights. Passengers were advised to arrive at the airport two hours ahead of their scheduled departure time.
