YANGPU District police are hunting for a man who allegedly robbed a convenience store of more than 2,000 yuan (US$307) early yesterday morning.
Holding a fruit knife, the suspect claimed that he wanted some cigarettes in the Quik outlet on Nenjiang Road around midnight, but later grabbed money from the cashier and fled the scene.
