THE Qingpu District government has removed the roof that generated toxic fumes and poisoned 69 workers at Haoyuan Bio-Tech Co in Qingpu District on Friday and officials are investigating.
The workers were sent to the hospital after inhaling toxic fumes at a Haoyuan building that was being painted. Authorities suspect toxic substances in the waterproof paint used on the roof.
