Russia Has Something To Say About Parenting

RUSSIA is to highlight the results of a research project about children at the Expo.

"Sustainable Children," which highlights the idea of regarding children as complete participants in society, will be discussed at a series of seminars and lectures in the Russia Pavilion, officials said yesterday.

Russian experts will introduce the latest research on communication between mother and unborn babies.

Other seminars will discuss education, products for children and medical care, organizers said.

"We believe that parents should be trained to be more responsible and ready for raising their children up," said one of the project's organizers, Alina Radchenko.
