Scalpers nabbed

Huangpu District Police yesterday swooped on six mooncake ticket scalpers on Fuzhou Road. The scalpers were selling tickets at a price lower than face value in front of Xin Hua Lou, a noted mooncake store, when about 30 police officers surrounded them. Similar raids have been carried out all month.
