ALL long-distance bus stations began security checks over the weekend in preparation for the Expo. Passengers, including tourists, traveling by buses at the Shanghai Sightseeing Bus Center, had have their luggage X-rayed.
The security checks will last until November 15.
Passengers are advised to be at stations half an hour before setting-off time, to ensure they leave enough time for the security process.
Travelers should have identification with them.
