Seeking your stories of year
SHANGHAI Daily and International Channel Shanghai (ICS) news department - the city's two major English-language news organizations - are asking expats to pick their Top 10 Shanghai news stories of 2011.
Readers can vote at www.shanghaidaily.com and www.icshanghai.com, choosing 10 stories from a shortlist of 20, covering big issues such as the launch of the Shanghai Disneyland project, the Metro Line 10 accident and NBA superstar Yao Ming's retirement. Entry forms are also available at Shanghai Exit-Entry Administration Bureau booths. The vote is open until Christmas Day. Around 50 lucky readers whose votes match the final result will be invited to an awards ceremony at a readers' party.
