Shanghai, CICA sign MOU to boost regional security cooperation

THE Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures (CICA) and the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization signed a memorandum of understanding this morning to boost regional security cooperation.
Also in the morning, Qatar joined CICA as a new member at the Shanghai Summit.
