Shanghai Film Festival tickets to go on sale

TICKETS for the upcoming 20th Shanghai International Film Festival will go on sale at 8am on June 11.
Movie buffs can buy group and individual tickets, priced around 60 yuan, online at dianying.taobao.com. They can also buy tickets at local cinemas, including the Shanghai Film Art Center, Grand Cinema and Peace Cinema.
The film fest will run from June 17 to 26. Several hundred movies - both classic films and recent acclaimed works will be screened. Among the movies to be show are David Lynch's thriller film "Eraser Head," Mel Gibson's epic movie "Brave Heart" and Luc Besson's fantasy film "The Fifth Element."
